The Annual Meeting of members is held in the month of May each year. The meeting location will be announced in the mailing you will receive approximately 30 days in advance. Registration will begin at 6:30 p.m.

Board Meeting
The Board meetings are monthly and the start time is 5:30 pm at the West Bloomfield Library. As seating is limited, please contact Herriman & Associates, Inc. 734-459-5440 to let them know you would like to attend the meeting.
Each year there is an Annual meeting held in May or June and a Town Hall Meeting in the Fall. Both are held at the West Bloomfield Library at 7:00 p.m.

| Lawn Mowing | Thursdays, unless delayed by weather or holidays |
| Trash | Pick-up day is Wednesday; NO yard waste collection by GFL |
| Yard Waste Pick-up 2019 | Started in August. Place yard waste in paper bags marked “Yard Waste” and set at the curb on lawn mowing day. The Association has made arrangements for the yard waste to be collected by the landscaper at $3 a bag |
