The Board of Directors normally meets at 6:00 p.m. on the third Monday of every month unless otherwise decided. Contact Helene Haratsaris at 734-459-5440 if you would like to attend the meeting.

The Condominium Documents were successfully amended by the Association and approved by mortgage lenders. On June 3, 2020 Documents were recorded with the Wayne County Register of Deeds. Co-owners have been sent a complete set of new documents the week of July 20, 2020

The Annual Meeting normally held in May of each year has been delayed due to the restrictions of COVID-19.  The 2021 Annual Meeting was held August 26, 2021.  You may view the Annual Meeting Presentation below:
