Non-Contract Maintenance

Assume primary responsibility for managing all maintenance services for which the association is responsible

Establish procedures for resolving maintenance problems not covered by a maintenance contract, for both emergency and non-emergency problems

Central coordination of all such maintenance services

Process routine and emergency work orders

Facilitate scheduling of appointments for work requiring interior access

Follow-up and evaluate performance of services by personal inspection and/or communication with co-owners

Detailed invoices provided on all work performed by Herriman & Associates, Inc. maintenance staff

Regular inspection of grounds and buildings by Community Association Manager
