Will assist directors in preparing a maintenance matrix for use by the board, the management company, and the co-owners, if so desired
Will assist directors in preparing a welcome letter designed specifically for the association's new co-owners
Will provide Maintenance Request system to report problems on both contract and maintenance (non-contract) issues
