Daniel A. Herriman, CMCA

President & CEO

Dan Herriman serves as President and CEO of Herriman & Associates, Inc. and chairs the company's Executive Leadership Team. He is responsible for directing the firm’s overall business and community association management activities. In recent years, Dan has focused on building and enhancing the services of Herriman & Associates, Inc.

After graduating from University of Michigan, Dan became a partner and principal in the public accounting firm of Loiselle & Herriman in 1978. They negotiated their first property management contract in 1984 and Dan’s leadership in property management led to additional contracts. When the principals mutually dissolved that company in 1997, Dan founded Herriman & Associates, Inc. to continue and expand the condominium management business. His professional designations now include Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS).

Dan has previously served on the board of CAI-Michigan, the state chapter of Community Associations Institute, and currenlty serves the boards of Community Financial Members Federal Credit Union, The Salvation Army (serving Canton, Plymouth and Northville), and The Wilcox Foundation. From 2005 to 2012 he also served on the Community Foundation of Plymouth Advisory Committee.  He has served on Plymouth Township Board of Review and was appointed to fill a vacancy on Plymouth Township Board of Trustees. Dan enjoys family activities and scuba diving.


Mary Ann Prchlik, CMCA

Director of Accounting Services

Mary Ann joined Herriman & Associates, Inc. in 1987 and serves on the Executive Leadership Team. Mary Ann is responsible for all association accounting functions – from bill payment to financial statements and helps facilitate annual CPA audits/reviews.

After graduating from University of Michigan Business School, she worked as an accounting manager for several years before joining the company. Her experience includes full-accrual corporate accounting and she has participated in several accounting software conversion projects. She holds the professional designation of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).

Mary Ann has served on the boards of the local library district, Plymouth-Canton Education Excellence Foundation and the Plymouth Historical Society. She is currently active in a number of local community organizations. She enjoys family activities and reading.


David J. Chaundy, CMCA, AMS

Director of Community Management Services

David joined Herriman & Associates, Inc. in 1999 and serves on the Executive Leadership Team. His responsibilities include managing and administering new projects and contract management, managing on-site personnel and acting as liaison with community association boards.

David’s background includes work in sales & training and management of a hotel’s business conference center. For seven years, he was general manager of a landscape company coordinating projects with developers, general contractors, subcontractors and construction management companies and overseeing budgeting, forecasting & bidding projects. He holds the professional designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS).

David currently serves on the Building Authority and Zoning Board of Appeals as Vice Chairperson for the City of Brighton. He previously served on the City of Brighton’s Planning Commission, and formerly a Director on the Brighton Center for the Performing Arts, and served as Chairman of CAI-Michigan’s Membership Committee. He actively participates in other community service organizations and enjoys family activities, gardening and fishing.


Kevin J. Pope

Director of Maintenance Service

Kevin joined Herriman & Associates, Inc. as its first and only maintenance worker in November 1990. He now manages a department of nine maintenance workers and in October 2010 was promoted to the company’s Executive Leadership Team. His responsibilities include managing maintenance department staff, providing technical assistance on maintenance projects, overseeing wood replacement projects; reviewing, assigning and monitoring maintenance requests; and completing quality inspections on work in-progress and completed.

Kevin has a well-rounded construction background and familiarity with local community standards. He has been in the construction industry since 1978 starting as a master carpenter helper and then performing rough framing for a custom builder for five years. Kevin continued his skill advancement as a production saw operator for over six years, specializing in counters, custom cabinets, display cases, and custom office furniture.

Kevin enjoys outdoor activities with his family and friends including softball, camping, water sports and snowmobiling.


Sarah Toccalino

Sarah B. Toccalino

Director of Operations

Sarah joined Herriman & Associates, Inc. in November 2004. She is responsible for developing operational procedures and managing our human resources, computer and information systems and general operations - all of which enables our associates to better serve our communities.

She has over 12 years of community association management experience with residential properties.


Helene Haratsaris

Helene E. Haratsaris, CMCA, AMS

Community Association Manager

Helene joined Herriman & Associates, Inc. in January 2006.

Helene’s experience includes four years of property management encompassing community associations, apartment complexes, and single family homes. Her experience as a Community Association Manager draws on a finance, community planning and zoning, and engineering background. She holds the professional designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS).

Helene enjoys playing the piano and solving challenging computer puzzle games.


Kim R. Harraf, CMCA, AMS

Community Association Manager

Kim Harraf joined Herriman & Associates in 2013 and is a Community Association Manager. Her responsibilities include acting as liaison with community association boards, performing contract management, overseeing on-site activities, administering projects and managing on-site personnel.

Kim’s experience includes 7 years of service as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for her own Condominium Association. Her experience as a Community Association Manager draws on her many years of management in the banking industry and her 20 years of building long standing relationships with customers and members of the community.

Kim attended Wayne State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business.

Kim enjoys volunteering to walk dogs at the Michigan Humane Society and going on a Cruise when she can.


Mark Heppner

Community Association Manager

Currently, Community Association Manager Herriman and Associates. Provide association management services to a select portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include project management, budget development, contract administration, communications, and liaison to the Board of Directors.

Previously, Business Development Manager and Community Association Manager at Associa Kramer-Triad. Responsibilities included attracting new business, as well as full service association management.

Owner and operator of Heppner Landscape Services. Services included providing landscape maintenance services to the commercial sector.

Vice President WH Canon Co. Responsibilities included developing and management of landscape management and warranty division of landscape construction company.

BA, College of Social Science, Michigan State University- Focus Economics, Psychology

Certified Manager Condominium Associations (CMCA), through the National Board of Certification of Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM). Association Manager Specialist (AMS). Certification obtained through Condominium Association Institute (CAI).


Brad Mattison

Community Association Manager

Brad joined Herriman & Associates October 2017 as a Community Association Manager. His responsibilities include on-site overseeing contracts and projects, initiating new contracts, project management, program administration and oversight of development activities, and takes action as the liaison for the Community Association Boards of Directors.

Brad’s experience covers an array of knowledge with all roads leading to neighborhood stabilization. He has over 15 years of experience in the negotiation and facilitation of lending, real estate acquisition, HUD rehabilitation and repairs, Section 8 landlord regulations and requirements, Michigan landlord tenant court laws, and property management for non-profit and for-profit residential lending organizations. Brad also has an additional seven years of providing housing resources and referrals for tenants, homebuyers, homeowners, and community human services agencies.

Brad attended Oakland University and served as an E-5 Sergeant, 301st MP, PW, Command/Combat Telecommunications Specialist in the U.S. Army for three years and in the U.S. Army Reserves.. His professional designations include Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) Certified Community Stabilization: REO Acquisition, Rehab, Disposition and Management, and Certified Homeownership and Foreclosure Counselor thru NeighborWorks. He is a member of the National Property Management Association (NPMA) and NeighborWorks’ Center for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NCHEC).

Brad has service at heart. He served on the board of Donni’s Door, a non-profit agency with a focus on financial literacy. He is a volunteer at SEED, Inc., assisting during their mobile pantry day (Forgotten Harvest) and HUD homebuyer workshops. Brad is active in his personal homeowner’s association and has volunteered in numerous neighborhood cleanup projects across the City of Detroit.

Brad enjoys riding motorcycles, family activities, traveling, and enjoys all sports.


Neil Kollipara

Community Association Manager

Community Association Manager at Herriman & Associates since January 2015. Responsibilities include managing and administering projects, contracting maintenance services, supervising on-site personnel, and acting as liaison between community association boards, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals who serve the communities’ needs.

University of Michigan-Dearborn, Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature. Graduated with Distinction in May 2013.

Community Association Manager Assistant, Herriman & Associates, Inc. (Plymouth, MI), February–December 2014. Assisted Community Association Manager with routine maintenance requests, mailings, and other administrative tasks.

Barista, Starbucks Coffee Company, August 2013–February 2014. Provided excellent customer service through teamwork, interpersonal interaction, production of premium-quality beverages, and knowledge of ongoing specials and promotions.

Instructor and Program Director, Dan Vigil’s Academy of Taekwondo, (Northville, MI), March 2008–August 2013. Responsible for overseeing administration of the academy, including tracking attendance, communicating with clients and prospective clients, contract entry, supply ordering, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events. Served on Leadership Team. Responsible for teaching martial arts to children and adults. Second-Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo
