Employs a stable staff of capable, courteous, knowledgeable individuals who provide all clients with the highest level of service
Offers two (2) payment methods for monthly assessments:
- Direct debit from bank account via automatic withdrawal (ACH Debit)
- Mail payment with a coupon
Has staff on call 24 hours a day to respond to emergency situations
Will assist directors in preparing a maintenance matrix for use by the board, the management company, and the co-owners, if so desired
Will assist directors in preparing a welcome letter designed specifically for the association's new co-owners
Will provide Maintenance Request system to report problems on both contract and maintenance (non-contract) issues
