Assist with preparation of or prepare contract specifications
Assemble & maintain a list of contractors and solicit bids
Present bids to board with recommendations
Prepare and administrator contracts
Annual Recurring Contracts included:
- concrete repairs & replacements (except driveways and roads)
- drain and sewer repairs & maintenance
- exterminator
- fertilizer and weed control
- lawn irrigation maintenance
- lawn maintenance
- painting - exterior and interior, as necessary
- pond maintenance
- pool maintenance
- rubbish removal
- snow removal
- tree and shrub maintenance
Administer reserves - type contracts such as asphalt repairs and replacements, concrete driveways and roads, and roof repairs and replacements
Prepare monthly status report on outstanding contract issues
Follow-up and evaluate contractor performance by personal inspection
